Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Yumi Health website (yumihealth.com) and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yumi Health ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Description of Services

Yumi Health provides a health insurance advisory and enrollment assistance platform. Our Services include:

  • Connecting individuals with licensed insurance agents who can help them understand, compare, and enroll in health insurance plans
  • Providing educational information about Medicare, ACA marketplace, and supplemental insurance options
  • Facilitating the enrollment process by coordinating between consumers and insurance carriers through licensed agents

Yumi Health is not an insurance company or carrier. We do not underwrite, issue, or administer insurance policies. We are a licensed insurance agency that helps consumers navigate their coverage options.

Certain features of our Services may require you to create an account or provide personal information. When you provide information to us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of any account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false or misleading information or that we reasonably believe has been compromised.

Disclaimer of Insurance Products

Yumi Health is a licensed insurance advisory service. We help you find and compare insurance coverage, but we do not:

  • Underwrite, guarantee, or issue insurance policies
  • Make coverage decisions or determine eligibility for any insurance product
  • Set premiums, benefits, or terms of any insurance plan
  • Guarantee that any particular plan will be available to you or will cover specific treatments or services

All insurance products are offered and administered by third-party insurance carriers. Coverage availability, premiums, benefits, and terms are determined solely by the applicable insurance carrier and are subject to underwriting approval. Plan details may vary by state, county, and individual circumstances.
