Coverage availability, premiums, benefits, and terms are determined solely by the applicable insurance carrier and are subject to underwriting approval. Plan details may vary by state, county, and individual circumstances.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount, if any, that you paid to Yumi Health in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Since our advisory services are free to consumers, this limitation reflects the nature of our service model.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yumi Health and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
